    *Racery operates on the honor system. You don't have to use a device to prove your miles -- a good watch or map suffices.
    *Please count only intentional activity, not step-counter or 'getting through your day' stuff.
    *If you're a walker or runner, use your actual mileage.
    *For other activities, convert other strenuous workouts (hot yoga, weight lifting, Zumba, etc) at 60 minutes = 6 miles. Convert less-strenuous activity at 1 hour = 4 miles.
    *Please attribute your mileage to the appropriate day -- don’t combine mileage from multiple days.
    *Miles submitted after the challenge ends will show on your bio page, but not count on leaderboards.

    This one-week virtual challenge is designed to help BCG test Racery’s basic features. (Customized race route, bibs, post cards, emails and awards aren’t included.)
