      09/30/17 - Cape Town Marathon (Public Lands Day) Day 30 - 3.11 miles jogged/walked at Bill Fredrick Park. This year they weren't acknowledging Public Lands Day like last year, but I did my 5K there. I didn't find a PLD virtual medal this year, so I did my 5 K towards the Big Splash medals I'm earning virtually this weekend. One more separate mile segment to go (later).

      09/29/17 - Cape Town Marathon, Day 29 - 13.35 miles walked, to earn the Half Marathon segment of the previous weekend's Weeki Watchi Big Splash. I had to stop several times to rewrap my tendon, and it was a long (over 17 min pace!) trek, with partial rainy segments, but I did it.

      Hey guys, I haven't been posting my miles since Sept 5th, but I kept doing intentional miles each day. Some days were slow, when I did less than a mile, and I didn't even reach my daily step count. I'm gping to begin posting each day, back dated through today, so I will climb up the Ultra Marathoner list overnight. I have images for mile proof, the days with lesser walk increments, I will just post the daily log. Just a heads up, in case anyone was bothered by me entering daily posts late. We can't enter all the miles in multiple days, so I'll have over 25 entries tonight . Thanks.
