    I set up (2) different 1 week walking races in separate months for employees at work and everyone so far has been able to join both except for 1 person. The message says she couldn't register for the other race unless she is the coordinator but no one else had a problem doing it. she logged off completely and now can't get back in. it says that name is already taken. Any ideas?

Start in Florence at the Piazza San Felice and travel through the city to the Galleria dell'Accademia. From there, you'll head to Milan and pass some beautiful sights. Look out for the Opera at Teatro alla Scala, Piazza dei Mercanti, and the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology. You'll finish in stunning Venice at the 17-century palace Palazzo Mocenigo.

Cycle anywhere you want. Then log activity and see yourself move on our map and leaderboards. Catch a Google street view of your virtual locale, then cheer your real fellow racers!

We've got racers all over the globe! To keep everyone on the same page, we've come up with some handy guidelines:
  • 1. We rely on the honor system... you don't have to use a device to prove your miles -- a good map suffices.

  • 2. Only cycling miles please! (NOTE: miles on a racer's personal log are for all races they are in, over all sports)

  • 3. Please attribute your mileage to the appropriate day -- don’t combine mileage from multiple days.

  • 4. Please only backdate mileage for a race up to two weeks in the past.

  • 5. Only mileage added before the race officially closes on March 31 at 23:59:59 EST will count in the race leaderboards.
