Thank you for joining the 2025 wear blue: run to remember Piestewa Challenge! This year, your team will move 150 miles from the border of the Hopi Reservation to the top of Piestewa Peak.

1 mile of running, walking or wheelchair = 1 activity mile. 1 hour of biking = 4.8 activity miles. 1 hour of swimming = 5.1 activity miles. 1 hour of rowing = 6 activity miles. 1 hour of HIIT, Cardio (Orange Theory, Barry's, etc.) = 6.8 activity miles. 1 hour of weights = 1.9 activity miles. 1 hour of yoga = 1.2 activity miles.
