    Hi Vince, to log your activity, use the conversions below, and then plug in the mileage based upon that under the log activity tab. 1. Running / Walking -- enter actual mileage covered 2. Strenuous Exercise, e.g. Cycling / Swimming / Hill walking / Circuit Training, etc. -- Enter 6 miles per hour (E.g. 15 minutes cycling= 1.5 miles “walked”) 3. Lighter Exercise, e.g. Yoga / Gym / Weights, etc. -- Enter 4 miles per hour (e.g. 30 minutes weights=2 miles “walked”)

Thank you for joining the 401K Race for Financial Fitness-Virtual Edition!

Beginning April 2, convert any intentional exercise using our simple chart below and log your mileage in your Racery platform profile to make your way through the virtual race course!

The goal is to log 40.1KM (25 miles) of intentional exercise by April 19. Log more than 25 miles? Great! Go for a victory lap or two around the virtual course.

Great prizes will be awarded to top contestants! Keep an eye out for mile markers of famous Kansas City landmarks along the way.

Your entry includes a digital bib and digital finisher award!



To keep everyone on the same page, we've come up with some handy guidelines and simple exercise conversion:

- We rely on the honor system... you don't have to use a device to prove your miles -- a good map suffices.
- Please attribute your mileage to the appropriate day -- don’t combine mileage from multiple days.
- Miles submitted after the race ends will not count toward race leaderboards.

Simple Exercise Conversion

1. Running / Walking -- enter actual mileage covered

2. Strenuous Exercise, e.g. Cycling / Swimming / Hill walking / Circuit Training, etc. -- Enter 6 miles per hour (E.g. 15 minutes cycling= 1.5 miles “walked”)
