      To all of my friends on the Island of Molokai. I was blessed to visit this island 3 times in my life. Each time visiting Kalaupapa and tracing the steps of St. Damien of Molokia was such and uplifting and spiritual experience. I am blessed to be here a 4th time- virtually.

      This was amazing! This is my first virtual movement adventure. I have participated in virtual and live races but never a virtual state adventure. How cool! It brought new meaning to shopping, dancing, house chores, etc. All movement matters regardless of how busy life gets. Movement is Medicine. Thanks to the "Walk with a Doc and Love One Today organization for the motivation and community of great minds and walkers/movers. Looking forward to another adventure, in the meantime, my family and community will keep moving.

      Am glad that I finished … last few days were treacherous with very cold temperatures. However brisk walks at every opportunity gave the impetus to finish just in time on Sunday. Then you can head back to the Log Activities section of the Racery page and log the activity again with the correct miles/minutes. On the mobile app… Click My Logs. Click the log’s date. Click delete. Confirm delete.

      I like to challenge myself to do something new whenever we do these challenges so I went swimming in the pool at my gym. Never ever used it before and I was a member for years. SMH at not using all the benefits of my membership. This challenge inspired me to put on my bathing suit and put some laps in. 🏊🏼‍♀️

      Our intent was to have everyone set a "personal challenge", so whatever distance you'd like to go! However, Pamela is correct that after 101.25 miles, you'll start back at the beginning and see how far you can get through the remainder of the adventure. Keep up the great work!

      Hi: I realized today I should have been inputting a different classification of exercise than I had been and it resulted in more miles. I would like to alter the rest of my entries to reflect today's new entry. How would I go about doing this without deleting them all? Thanks so much.

      Cannot tell you why this virtual little challenge has such an impact but having a group with the same goal and focus is amazing support for getting back on track.       My favorite’s are the pic when I post, the comrade with the supporting comments and yes the Avocado recipes. I had my avocado toast this morning with scallions, cilantro, tomatoes, and mixed greens. I had to add some tiger sauce for heat. Everyone have a fun and active day.

      Have anybody noticed A pink palace looking building is known as tripler Army Medical Center its approximately 3 or 4 miles from the Honolulu international airport.? It sits high up on a hill. I was Stationed there during my time in the military from 1985 through 1990.

      Have no idea how to reply to messages but find the notifications motivating and it seems strange that a message of “awesome” is so exciting from someone who doesn’t know me. Thank you to all of you for posting your positive messages. This is a community of people on a positive journey pulling others into the “fitness” for life lifestyle . Make today matter with every step. Today I get to walk with 2 Docs and both are amazed at the turn around in my health in 2021 and my drive to continue in 2022. You are there every step of the way. One of these Docs is my sister and has seen me in various unfit states over the years so walking has become our time to visit. Walk on!
