Bio: Goal this year for all of us CTL'ers is to maintain, not gain, throughout the holidays. That being said, if I could lose 10 more lbs and get back to my ideal weight, that'd be a plus. Less stress, more fun and relaxation this holiday period...including nice walks outside whenever I get a chance.
