    @KDDID The actual temperature was only 94° and the sun was pretty low in the sky and the temperature was dropping as I was running so it was surprisingly bearable. Or maybe I've managed to adapt to the Louisiana summer for once.

    3.5 miles running. Missed my long run Sunday because my calves were really sore. Apparently rest days aren't as effective when you're on your feet for 8 hours at your retail job. Good run this afternoon. Hopefully this week I am able to get all my runs in.
