Bio: My goal for the next year or so is to build up strength, endurance and lose between 20-25 lbs. I know it takes time, discipline, and portion control but I hope all the activity I'm doing with gardening, walking and playing with my dog, biking with the family, and just keeping in motion will help me along the way.
