Bio: My goal is to meet this challenge. I’ve been wanting to sign up for a 5k because I have never run in a race before. Actually, I never run unless something is chasing me. LOL. I have been focusing on my health the last five years by losing weight, eating healthy, exercising every day and recently tossed in some yoga and meditation.
