Bio: Hi! I’m a VP at AARP and a huge WWAD fan. Since recently moving to FL, I am focused on walking my dogs, grabbing time in a busy work day. 15 minutes between meeting allows for an easy .50 mile walk. I’m excited to start logging my walks and leaving Austin soon for London!
So far the dogs and I have done two loops this morning so 1.14 miles before 9 am. Headed to a big box store to get new appliances so that should get some good steps in, too! Happy Halloween!

Well, I have gotten a little behind on reporting but I’m catching back up and at least I’m keeping up with the exercise! This is for yesterday and so far today. I’m planning on at least one more mile today!
Today was unusually rainy in FL (not rainy season). It felt like the sky kept leaking rather than raining. Despite that, we made 4+ loops. Coming from beautiful and dry Colorado, I don’t miss the precipitation.
My daughter visiting from Colorado, my husband Tim and I enjoyed a pre-work walk around the nature preserve near our Florida home and then 2 loops around the hood. Planning on a couple more miles today. Woohoo!

I got my extra 3 miles in thanks to the Lifetime channel Christmas classic Secret Santa (don’t judge, people) and my treadmill. Your posts motivate me. THANK YOU!!!
Took the dogs to the dog park and had an enjoyable walk while they were able to run off leash. I’ll go get on the treadmill now that they’re tuckered out.

Hi there, this is the combination of the last few days. My dogs are loving this process. Now if I can just teach them to walk on the treadmill...Thanks, Rachael!
