Bio: I am a breast cancer survivor. And I set a goal this year to lose 30 lbs. (I am 20 lbs down) and to get back in the physical things I use to do. I can now walk up to but not limited to 4-5 miles a day. I walk everyday which I had not done in the last 4 years since my diagnosis.
