    @Wogey wow.. It was that cold this morning (34 degrees) but by the time I finished at the VA it was noon. I ran from the VA to the house.

    Since I did not get to run on MLK Blvd yesterday due to the crowd and all day parade.. took a long stroll today!!! Excellent run today to think and reflect!! That first 5 miles was great... then going back I was against the winds... - Martin Luther King Boulevard, Houston, TX, USA
     Longest personal run.  Passed 3 runners.  Ran 26.2 miles (+1.4 miles) in 6 days a PR.
