Bio: My goal this year is to find balance with my mind, body and soul! I'm the proud mother of 3 awesome kids and have been married to my college sweetheart for 18 years!! When I'm not working, I'm usually volunteering at one of my kids' activities and I wouldn't want it any other way! I'm always grateful to find a way to combine giving back with fitness!
