Bio: Slowly easing into this whole exercise thing... I began 2020 with grand intentions and lots of motivation. Then my mother died unexpectedly. Self-care is extremely important, and moving is a part of that. I’m not a runner, though that could change. I definitely want to improve my health, endurance and energy level.
