Bio: I started doing virtual races a few years ago as a motivational tool to keep moving through health and physical issues, relieve stress, support charities, and walk my dogs. I walk, not run, which makes for slower progress. I will count daily activities sometimes. When I went to the gym, rowing & stationary bike were my low impact friends. No gym for the time being though.
