Bio: I have a run a plethora of races from 5Ks to marathons over the past 20 years. My favorite marathon race is probably the Windermere Marathon in Spokane, WA. They packed us on school buses and drove for about 20 miles where we got off the bus and ran along the scenic Spokane River. The best part of my running journey is having been coach where I coached beginner walkers and runners both privately and for national organizations like the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
