Bio: My goal for this year is to get back into the shape I was pre-pandemic. So many of my daily physical routines fell off due to the pandemic. I added some good ones during it like cooking at home more, gardening, and walking my dogs everyday but I definitely need more rigorous daily physical activity. I am hoping this challenge which is my way of honoring & remembering vets and specifically female ones during women’s history month will kick off new routines for me!
