Bio: I’m so lucky that I get to walk the beautiful country roads and woodsy trails of my rural Connecticut town, enjoying birdsong and wild creature sightings along the way, like pileated woodpeckers, foxes, deer, and the occasional bobcat. I like to walk with friends or lace up my sneakers and listen to a podcast. Walking soothes my nerves and lowers my resting heart rate. My grandmother took daily walks past the age of 100, so I like to think I’m just getting started.
