For time 20 thrusters, 20 sumo deadlift high pull, 20 push press, 20 overhead squat, 20 front squat. Caveat, every minute on the minute, you must stop the exercise that you are working on and do 4 burpees. I scaled WAY back so that I could keep moving the entire time. It was a gasser for sure.
