Despite a mile ankle sprain, incurred late yesterday via stupidity (not watching where I was walking), heading back to my vehicle after seeing the Podiatrist of all people for my hammer toes😤. The ankle brace actually was helping me feel a little stronger today so I actually improved on the miles and may just brace my left to keep them bilaterally even. Hmm🤔. Started with the morning ritual of sipping some mate, long walk from home to my place if work where we have labyrinth on campus. Enter the labyrinth to say the 174 names of the fallen before going for a jog.
