Bio: I’m ready to get active in preparation for my Xmas staycation! I will be doing strength training, running, elipticalling, stair runs, dancing, walking, meditation, plus laundry and dishes and anything else that contributes to miles!
A tough session, we're doing a new training split...deadlifts, chin ups (wide grip) and a full back and biceps workout with hamstrings. It was painful moving yesterday...
