Ran 8 miles for the first time in months in my Vibram FiveFingers Bikilas. It was hard, but it feels good to run in them again, even if my Achilles tendon isn't 100% healthy.

@Jube Vibrams are good for the beach, but sand gets into them. I'd recommend the Vibram TrekSports to keep the sand out. Oh, and you have to start out with very few miles... Build up as if you are starting over.
