Bio: I started running 6 months ago with a group of co-workers to lose the rest of the baby weight and in general get in better shape. I want tou set a good example of being active and healthy for my son. I trained for a try-a-tri which was sadly cancelled the morning of :( but I have committed to doing the Sprint distance at the local spring triathlon in May which coincidentally is on the 1 year anniversary of my first run.
