    Haunted Halloween 5k at UMaine. Scariest part was when my 13 yo was missing! Fortunately, his wrong turn was close to the finish. All good, and lots of fun running in costume in the dark.

    Finally off Thompson Island!! Not remotely ready for the MDI full, but at least I got moving again. Followed up the run with our first visit to the trampoline park. Wow, that's a good an workout!
