Racery is a tool that creates excitement, motivation, and buzz among runners by turning daily mileage into virtual races with competitors all over the world. Each race is made possible and better by a race manager, and we’re looking for new ones to join our team!
As a race manager you will:
- help all of our users achieve their goals:
- racers to reach new PRs, stay motivated, and find community in races
- race creators to inspire and strengthen their organizations with races
- race sponsors to creatively market their brand with races
- respond to racer inquiries, needs, and technical issues
- investigate and solve problems
- brainstorm to conceive new features and request them from our development team
- teach racers and race creators to use our tools
- offer and tailor race packages to creators
- build new races, invented by you and requested by others
- work with our design team to create alluring social media announcements
- ability to connect the dots and look at the bigger picture
To succeed, you’ll need:
- great communication skills
- empathy and curiosity
- strong attention to detail
- a passion for technology and the Internet
- an ability to work independently and proactively
- desire to improve the role and the company
- the ability to work 20 – 40 hours/week
