Bio: I love all things running and racing! It makes me a better mom, wife, and teacher! I’ve only been running outside for a year, but it feels like running has always been a part of my life! Running helps me concentrate on being “strong” instead of trying to be “skinny”! My pre race ritual is a bowl of Frosted Flakes, and going to the infamous PORTA-POTTY at least 5 times before a race! Besides being a runner, I am a former professional ballet dancer, a wife, and mom to two a 6 and 4yr old!
