Bio: It is 2017 and so far I am on track with my goals - started back on a regular exercise routine - feel so much better. I also started teaching back in the fitness - teaching Pilates Mat . Tues 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00 am @ Mind Body Physical Therapy
Before relocating to South Lake Tahoe 3 years ago I had been in the fitness/health field for almost 14 years - specialized in "Functional Fitness" worked with clients from age 28-83 years old - adapted the exercise to a person's goals and ability.
