Bio: Mostly obsessed with my airedale terrier Leo, but also with spending as much time as possible at the ocean and on trails. Currently located in the northern corner of Washington, I find my sense of home through contemplation and appreciation of the here and now, and my sense of purpose in the change we need in the world. I'm a runner, a reader, a writer -- but spend my days working in healthcare tech where my hope is to bring the tools of technology to improve the health of my community.
