These Additional Terms apply to your use of AI-powered chat assistance on the Racery Service ("AI Features"). These terms supplement the Racery Terms of Use and are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between these Additional Terms and the Terms of Use, these Additional Terms control with respect to AI Features.

What Are AI Features?

AI Features use artificial intelligence, provided by a third-party AI service, to generate responses based on Racery's knowledge base, documentation, and, where applicable, your race activity data. AI Features are available on select pages of the Service and are not enabled for all Races.

Informational Purposes Only

AI-generated responses are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. AI responses do not constitute offers, warranties, binding commitments, or contractual terms. Pricing, feature availability, billing terms, and refund eligibility communicated through AI Features are subject to change and must be confirmed directly with Racery at team@racery.com before you rely on them.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete answers. You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for purchasing decisions, race configuration, account management, or any action with financial or operational consequences.

User Verification

You are responsible for verifying important details obtained through AI Features — including pricing, feature capabilities, billing, and account information — through official Racery channels before taking action based on such information.

Limitation of Liability for AI Content

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Terms of Use, Racery shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your reliance on AI-generated content. In no event shall our total liability for any claim related to AI Features exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to Pressflex in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50).

Data Processing

AI Features process your messages and, on race pages, your race activity data (including distance, position, and activity history) to generate personalized responses. This data is transmitted to our third-party AI provider for processing. For more information about how we handle data collected through AI Features, please see our AI Features Privacy Notice.

Your Choices

Use of AI Features is optional. You may close the chat widget at any time. All information available through the AI assistant is also available through our Knowledge Base at racery.com/docs or by contacting team@racery.com.
