    Half marathon in wine country VA—my watch measured 13.9 miles—and the rest walks around the winery and throughout the day. Most difficult race, much elevation gain(was supposed to be flat), and had breakfast way too early. Thankfully I listened to my body, walked the last 3 miles, had my Tailwind and gels, and added salt(fingers were swelling).
