    Brooklyn Half Marathon... was shooting for 2:05:00, finished 2:04:15. Right hamstring is still a little tight, but otherwise good!

    It was a good course, if I were 20 pounds lighter and not dealing with a hamstring, I could've likely PRd

    I only did about half of what I was supposed to do, legs were felling stiff so I stopped at 6 miles (instead of 12.25 as planned)... I was even doing irregular intervals to try keeping myself going, but just wasn't feeling it :( I'm not very happy with myself right now

    It’s better to listen to your body rather than risking getting g sick or injured. You always pick it back up stronger if you step back when you need to :-)
